A lovingly prepared 40 garlic clove free-range roasted half chicken topped with fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary, and served with whipped butternut squash and maple glazed french green beans with butter, honey, and almond slivers. Our second course is a grilled romaine hearts with roasted grape tomato, pickled red onion, parmesan, and breadcrumbs dressed with an anchovy pesto. A plum and blackberry Galette with local honey, turbinado, and vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.
